Soda Creek is located in Summit Cove.  Close to Summit Cove Elementary and Summit High School.  It is right down the road from Keystone  Resort and Arapahoe Basin ski area.  There are 5 buildings with a total of 40 units.  HOA dues include water, sewer, trash, and insurance.
